Making Hobbies Badge Workshop for Junior Scouts at Camp Green Eyrie during School Vacation Week on Thursday, April 22

Girl Scouts of Central & Western Massachusetts is hosting a Making Hobbies Badge Workshop during School Vacation Week for Junior Scouts. It's Not Easy Being Green: Making Hobbies Badge Workshop will be held at Camp Green Eyrie in Harvard on Thursday, April 22 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Troops and Individual Scouts may register. Juliette Scouts in grades 4 & 5 may register. Troops should adhere to safety-wise rules. Individual Scouts should attend with an adult.
BADGE WORKSHOP: Using our "inner green" we will explore the Making Hobbies Badge (included in registration fee). Solving the riddle "What do we do now?" the group will cooperatively create items in our recycle station. We'll get inspired as we work together as a team to craft and re-craft. Scouts will complete pieces and then be judged by peers for the honor of display in the Chair City Artisan's Gallery. This workshop will also explore owning a craft business as well as crafting safety.

Registration cost is $8 per Scout.
Registration will end on April 2 or when 75 Scouts have registered.
