Frog Overnight Program for Brownie Scouts on April 9-10 in Worcester

Girl Scouts of Central & Western Massachusetts and Broad Meadow Brook in Worcester is offering a special overnight program for Brownie Scouts starting on Friday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 10.
Juliette Scouts in grades 2 & 3 may also register. Troops and Individual Scouts may register, but and individual Scout must have an adult in attendance. Troops are asked to follow safety-wise ratios.
Program: Did you know that frogs absorb water through their skin so they don't need to drink? Or that some frogs freeze solid in winter? Bring your sense of adventure for an indoor program all about FROGS, an after-dark hike on the wildlife sanctuary, and then cozy up to sleep indoors in our visitor center.
This program is set up for small troops looking for an overnight experience with an outdoor component.
If your group is larger than 15, contact Broad Meadow Brook to set up your own date (other topics and badges are available).
Trained overnight leader and first aider required with each Troop.
Event: 4709
Registration fee is $16 per Scout and $16 per adult.
Registration will close when 40 people are registered or on March 12.
To register: Contact Broad Meadow Brook, Martha, at 508-753-6087 x22 or mgach@massaudubon.org.
